Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays may begin processing the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 4–15 business days
United States: 4–12 business days
International: 6–20 business days
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or supply chain disruptions.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–72 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buzzlix is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your location.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@shopbuzzlix.com
with your order details and photos of the damage. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
While we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by shipping carriers, we will assist you in filing a claim where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may attempt to contact you to correct it. If we are unable to do so, your order may be canceled and refunded.
Buzzlix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier. Resolution times may vary and can take up to 21 business days depending on the carrier.
